horizontal_offset_tablet=\u00bb0&#8243; z_index_tablet=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1>Nueva colaboraci\u00f3n ampl\u00eda el acceso a la justicia en Honduras<\/h1>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Firman MOU el Centro de Arbitraje Pr\u00f3spera y el Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio e Industrias de Atl\u00e1ntida<\/h3>\n<p><strong>PR\u00d3SPERA ZEDE, ROAT\u00c1N, IB, HN<\/strong> &#8211; El Centro de Arbitraje de Pr\u00f3spera (PAC) anunci\u00f3 hoy la firma de un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Centro de Conciliacion y Arbitraje de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio e Industrias de Atl\u00e1ntida (CCA de la CCIA) para fortalecer los M\u00e9todos Alternos de Soluci\u00f3n de Conflictos (MASC) en Honduras.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl acuerdo promete ampliar el acceso a la justicia tanto para los hondure\u00f1os como para los inversores internacionales\u00bb, dijo el \u00e1rbitro de apelaciones del PAC John Pelander, ex juez del Tribunal Supremo de Arizona (EE. UU.).<\/p>\n<p>El Director Legal del PAC y Notario hondure\u00f1o Leonidas Rosa explic\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que \u00aba trav\u00e9s de este acuerdo, un n\u00famero creciente de abogados y \u00e1rbitros de Honduras y de todo el mundo se familiarizar\u00e1n con la pr\u00e1ctica de la resoluci\u00f3n de disputas en Honduras, tanto en la zona econ\u00f3mica especial de Pr\u00f3spera como en el departamento de Atl\u00e1ntida.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>El Memorando de Entendimiento entre el PAC y el CCA de la CCIA compromete a ambas organizaciones a promover conjuntamente el uso de los MASC para resolver disputas en sus respectivas jurisdicciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCreemos que esta colaboraci\u00f3n fortalecer\u00e1 nuestros esfuerzos en el campo del arbitraje y los MASC y nos permitir\u00e1 ofrecer un mejor servicio a nuestros clientes\u00bb, observ\u00f3 el Director Ejecutivo Interino del PAC y Abogado hondure\u00f1o Alberto Hern\u00e1ndez Franks.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s concretamente, el acuerdo se compromete a que los dos centros de arbitraje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Llevar\u00e1n a cabo programas de formaci\u00f3n e intercambio de ideas y opiniones dirigidos al personal de cada uno de ellos. A trav\u00e9s de esta colaboraci\u00f3n, esperamos mejorar nuestras habilidades y conocimientos en el campo del arbitraje y la conciliaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>Explorar conjuntamente otras \u00e1reas de colaboraci\u00f3n, que podr\u00edan incluir la organizaci\u00f3n conjunta de conferencias, seminarios y talleres sobre arbitraje nacional e internacional en Honduras.
